Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to cover delivery routes when RSRs are unavailable. You will learn multiple routes, deliver garments, and ensure top-notch customer service while maintaining vehicle safety and accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license with a clean driving record and age 21+.
• DOT compliance including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Strong customer service skills; ability to work independently with a team mindset.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery a plus.
• Comfort with learning new technologies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency across multiple routes and learn route-specific details.
• Deliver garments and products to customers along established routes.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships.
• Resolve customer requests independently and problem-solve.
• Manage invoices, conduct inventory audits, and maintain vehicle safety.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
• Support new account installations and assist on routes; upsell where appropriate.
• Share customer feedback with leadership and stay informed on local market activity.
