UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to support delivery routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable. You will learn multiple routes, load and unload garments, and ensure timely, high-quality service to customers across established routes.

Responsibilities include problem solving, inventory checks, and collaborating with Service and Management teams. A valid license, safe driving record, and customer-service mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; military service accepted.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in customer service or route delivery is a plus.
• Ability to learn routes and use basic tech tools for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency across multiple routes to provide top-tier service.
• Deliver garments and products to customers along established routes.
• Collect used garments for return and ensure timely service.
• Provide excellent customer service through positive interactions.
• Resolve customer requests independently and maintain satisfaction.
• Manage invoices, conduct inventory audits, and keep vehicle clean.
• Follow safety policies and traffic laws to protect all parties.
• Collaborate with Service and Management teams on routes and accounts.
