Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to cover delivery routes when RSRs are unavailable, loading and delivering garments along established routes with care and accuracy. You will troubleshoot customer requests, maintain vehicle safety, and support route operations to ensure seamless service.

The role emphasizes adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration with Service and Management teams.

Qualifications

• Driver's license is required and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be comfortable using new technologies to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency across multiple routes to provide top-tier service.
• Deliver garments and products to customers along established routes.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer relationships.
• Resolve customer requests independently and maintain satisfaction.
• Balance invoices, conduct inventory audits, and maintain vehicle safety.
