Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to cover delivery routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable. You will learn multiple routes, load and deliver garments, and support customer relationships with proactive service.

Responsibilities include handling invoices, inventory checks, and maintaining vehicle safety. A valid license, DOT considerations, and strong customer service are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicle safely.
• Customer service skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn multiple routes and customer-specific details to provide top-tier service.
• Deliver garments and products to customers along established routes; collect used garments for return.
• Provide excellent customer service with clear communication and professionalism.
• Resolve customer requests independently and maintain customer loyalty.
• Manage invoices, conduct simple inventory checks, and maintain vehicle safety and appearance.
