Job summary

Logicalis, Inc. is seeking a Network Operations Center Analyst to support customers' network environments as part of the 24x7x365 operations team.

The role involves incident, problem and change management for network devices and resources monitored by Logicalis Managed Services. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of NOC experience, knowledge of Cisco Fortinet technologies, ITIL familiarity, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in network operations center or equivalent network support team.
• Experience with Cisco and Fortinet firewalls/switches/routers/APs.
• Familiar with ITIL-based incident, problem and change management.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and technologies.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Certifications: CCNA and Fortinet NSE4; CompTIA Security+ and CompTIA Network+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs break/fix troubleshooting, software updates and feature enhancements to networking devices.
• Works with external vendors (Cisco, AT&T, Verizon) for troubleshooting hardware and circuit issues.
• Creates and maintains technical and process documentation for troubleshooting.
• Follows ITIL processes for incident, problem and change management to resolve customer requests or outages.
• Responds to and resolves customer issues using tools, procedures and SLAs.
