Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in network operations center or equivalent network support team.
• Experience with Cisco and Fortinet firewalls/switches/routers/APs and VPN technologies.
• Understanding of ITIL incident, problem and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Performs break/fix troubleshooting, software updates and feature enhancements to networking devices.
• Works with external vendors (Cisco, AT&T, Verizon) to troubleshoot hardware and circuit issues.
• Creates and maintains technical documentation for troubleshooting purposes.
• Responds to and resolves customer issues using service offerings and SLAs.
