Job summary

Logicalis, Inc. is seeking a Network Operations Center professional to support customers’ network environments as part of the 24x7x365 operations team. The role focuses on incident, problem and change management for monitored network devices and resources.

You will work with Cisco and Fortinet technologies, create documentation, and ensure adherence to SLAs while promoting service offerings and maintaining professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; equivalent combination accepted.
• 4 years of experience in network operations center or equivalent.
• Experience with Cisco and Fortinet firewall/switch/router/APs.
• ITIL-based incident, problem and change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs break/fix troubleshooting and software updates on networking devices.
• Collaborates with vendors like Cisco, AT&T, Verizon to resolve issues.
• Maintains technical and process documentation for troubleshooting.
• Adheres to ITIL incident, problem and change management processes.
• Supports and expands service offerings to customers.
