Logicalis, Inc. seeks a Network Operations Center professional to join its 24x7x365 team in supporting customer network environments. You will perform break/fix troubleshooting, manage incidents, and coordinate with vendors to resolve outages while adhering to ITIL processes and SLAs.

You will document solutions, monitor networks, and support Cisco and Fortinet devices, VPNs, load balancers, and related technologies, upholding excellent customer service and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field.
• 4 years of experience in network operations center or equivalent network support team.
• Experience with Cisco and Fortinet networking tech.
• Experience working in ITIL-based incident tracking system (Service-Now, CA Service Desk, etc).
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot networking devices and apply software updates.
• Collaborate with vendors (Cisco, AT&T, Verizon) for issues.
• Create and maintain technical and process documentation.
• Follow ITIL incident, problem and change management processes.
• Respond to and resolve customer issues using tools and SLAs.
• Expand service offerings to current customers.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and company policies.
