Job summary

You will handle incident, problem and change management for monitored devices and services, working with Cisco and Fortinet technologies, VPNs, and related tools. Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree in a related field.
• 4 years of experience in network operations center or equivalent.
• Experience with Cisco and Fortinet firewalls/switches/routers/APs and VPN technologies.
• ITIL-based incident, problem and change management processes experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs break/fix troubleshooting and software updates to networking devices.
• Works with vendors such as Cisco, AT&T, Verizon in troubleshooting issues.
• Creates and maintains technical and process documentation for troubleshooting purposes.
• Adheres to ITIL incident, problem and change management processes and SLAs.
• Supports multiple customers and respond to outages with urgency and professionalism.
• Maintains knowledge of LOGICALIS service offerings and compliance with policies.
