Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in network operations center or equivalent network support.
• Experience with Cisco and Fortinet devices, firewalls, switches, routers, and APs.
• ITIL-based incident, problem and change management experience.
• Familiar with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or CA Service Desk.
• Strong documentation and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Performs break/fix troubleshooting and software updates to networking devices.
• Collaborates with Cisco, AT&T, Verizon, and other vendors for issue resolution.
• Creates and maintains technical and process documentation.
• Adheres to ITIL incident, problem and change management processes.
• Responds to customer issues using available tools and SLAs.
• Promotes Logicalis service offerings and expands services to customers.
