Logicalis, a 24x7x365 network operations team based in the United States, provides proactive support, incident and change management for monitored network devices and resources. You will troubleshoot, update software, and work with leading vendors such as Cisco and Fortinet to resolve issues while aligning with SLAs.

The role requires an Associate's Degree and at least four years of network operations experience, with ITIL-based processes and familiarity with Service-Now or CA Service Desk.

Qualificações

• Education: Associate's Degree in a related field.
• 4 years of experience in network operations center or equivalent network support team.
• ITIL-based incident tracking systems familiarity (Service-Now, CA Service Desk, etc).

Responsabilidades

• Performs break/fix troubleshooting, software updates and feature enhancements to networking devices.
• Works with Cisco, Fortinet, and other vendors in troubleshooting hardware and circuit issues.
• Creates and maintains technical documentation for troubleshooting purposes.
• Follows ITIL incident, problem and change management processes to resolve requests or outages.
• Responds and solves customer issues using tools, procedures, and SLAs.
