Job summary

Logicalis is a leading IT services provider in the United States, supporting customers’ network environments as part of its 24x7x365 operations team. The role focuses on incident, problem, and change management for network devices and resources monitored by Logicalis Managed Services.

With a minimum of associate’s degree and 4 years in a network operations or support role, the ideal candidate will have Cisco/Fortinet experience, ITIL familiarity, and strong documentation and communication skills

Qualifications

• 4+ years in network operations center or equivalent network support team.
• Experience with Cisco and Fortinet firewalls/switches/routers/APs.
• VPN Technologies experience.
• Data/Voice circuits experience.
• Load Balancer familiarity.
• IPT - CCM, Unity, UCCX, Webex, MS Teams familiarity.
• Experience with ITIL-based incident tracking systems (Service-Now, CA Service Desk, etc).
• Understanding of network monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs break/fix troubleshooting, software updates and feature enhancements to networking devices.
• Works closely with external vendors like Cisco, AT&T, Verizon to troubleshoot hardware and circuit issues.
• Creates and maintains technical and process documentation for troubleshooting purposes.
• Follows ITIL incident, problem and change management processes for customers and outages.
• Responds to and resolves customer issues leveraging service offerings and SLAs.
• Understands Logicalis service offerings to support and expand customer deployments.
• Promotes the organization’s mission and values in service delivery.
• Maintains knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
