Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required or equivalent
• 4 years in network operations center or similar
• Experience with Cisco and Fortinet firewalls/switches/routers/APs
• Familiar with ITIL incident/problem/change processes
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Perform break/fix troubleshooting and software updates on networking devices
• Coordinate with vendors such as Cisco, AT&T, Verizon as needed
• Create and maintain troubleshooting documentation
• Follow ITIL-based incident/problem/change management processes
• Respond to and resolve customer issues within defined SLAs
