• Strong multitasking and dispatching knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess and assign all open events to appropriate providers.
• Verify proper authorization to dispatch events.
• Assign nearest service provider to requested repairs.
• Advise customer of ETA and follow their instructions.
• Inform supervisor on duty of delays or repair issues.
• Address problems and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
