Job summary

Cox Automotive’s Cox Fleet is hiring a Dispatch Coordinator to help keep our fleet operations moving 24/7. You will coordinate and dispatch the nearest service providers to handle repairs, and keep customers informed of ETA and any delays.

The role requires a high school diploma (or GED) and several years of dispatching experience; flexibility for varied shifts; and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Training starts Nov/Dec 2026.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of dispatching/maintenance experience, or 5 years in related field.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
• Assess and assign open events to the nearest service provider.
• Verify proper authorization to dispatch events.
• Inform customers of ETA and follow instruction requirements.
• Notify supervisor on duty of delays or issues with repairs.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve problems as they arise.
