Job summary

Cox Automotive's Cox Fleet is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to keep our fleet operations moving. You will coordinate and manage logistics, assign service providers, and communicate ETAs to customers in a 24/7/365 environment.

The role requires multitasking, strong dispatching know-how, and a high school diploma with several years of related experience. Training dates start November 2, 2026, with ongoing shifts including evenings and overnights.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; related dispatching experience preferred.
3 years of experience in dispatching for breakdowns or tire/heavy-duty vehicle maintenance.
Strong knowledge of dispatching and multitasking is essential.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
Assess and assign open events and verify proper authorization to dispatch.
Assign the nearest service provider to perform requested repairs.
Inform customers of ETA and adapt to their requirements.
Inform supervisor on duty of delays or problems with repairs.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
