Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of dispatch experience in breakdown/maintenance.
• Knowledge of dispatching and multitasking required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations to ensure timely maintenance.
• Assign open events and nearest service providers.
• Provide ETA to customers and follow their requirements.
• Inform supervisor on duty of delays or problems with ETA or repairs.
• Address customer inquiries as they arise.
