Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must pass Alaska background check and pay license fee.
• Teamwork with staff, customers and clients.
• Ability to make quick decisions with minimal supervision.
• Stand on feet for long shifts (8–12 hours).
• Must read/write/speak English fluently.
• Safety oriented; follow all safety guidelines and regs.
• Adhere to company and client safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned areas visually, electronically or audibly.
• Maintain safety and compliance for self and others.
• De-escalate situations to protect people on site.
• Inspect doors, windows and security areas for integrity.
• Report property damage and incidents per policy.
• Assist with event setup and clinic preparation.
• May issue/record ID badges and monitor safety systems.
• Respond to emergencies to protect life and property.
