Job summary

QED, founded in Denver, offers a 12-month STEP rotational program designed to educate, train, and develop skills across our business. You will gain hands-on experience in operations, sales, marketing, e-commerce, and project management while rotating through core areas such as Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales, and Quotations.

The program begins in June 2027 and includes hands-on training, on-site visits, and residency trips, with opportunities to present to the Executive Leadership team on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Enthusiastic/self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, Outside Sales/Specialty Track.
• Participate in team-building activities and travel to different company locations.
• Engage in on-the-job training, e-learning, subject matter expert training, and residency trips.
