The program begins in June 2027. A BA/BS in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field is required with a minimum GPA of 3.0, plus strong communication and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Enthusiastic, self-starter attitude with strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month rotational program across site and corporate operations.
• Gain exposure to sales strategies, procurement, project management, E‑Commerce, and leadership initiatives.
• Present key strategic initiatives to Executive Leadership at the program's conclusion.
