Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Enthusiastic, self-starter attitude; adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Engage in rotations across Warehouse/Logistics Operations, Inside Sales, Corporate Operations and Analytics, and Outside Sales/Account Management.
• Gain hands-on experience through on-the-job learning, e-learning, and residency trips.
• Participate in team-building activities and developmental seminars; travel to different company locations.
