Crawford Electric Supply in Houston, TX is launching a 12-month Emerging Professional (STEP) program designed to educate and develop future leaders. You will rotate through Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales, gaining hands-on experience across our business.

The program emphasizes mentorship, on-the-job training, and residency trips, with opportunities to present strategic initiatives to our Executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement in related fields; minimum GPA 3.0 is preferred
• Excellent communication, time management, leadership skills requested
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and a self-starter attitude
• Flexible and adaptable team player who collaborates effectively

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month rotational program across core divisions
• Gain exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, and project management
• Develop business acumen through mentorship and residency trips and present to Executive Leadership at program end
