Job summary

Donaldson Company in the United States offers the Operations Development Specialist program, a three-year rotational leadership track in manufacturing operations management, engineering or supply chain. In years 1–2, participants work in manufacturing engineering, quality or supply chain, driving projects to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost, with lean principles; year 3 moves into a leadership role at a third site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering (mechanical, industrial, manufacturing), business, or a related field.
• 3.0 GPA upon graduation.
• Must be willing to rotate every year to a new U.S. location and be geographically mobile for a minimum of three years.
• Must be U.S. persons (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee) as this position requires use of information which is subject to export controls.
