Job summary

Donaldson Company, Inc. seeks a recent graduate for its Operations Development Specialist program, a three-year U.S. rotational leadership track in manufacturing operations management, engineering or supply chain.

In years 1–2 you rotate through roles in manufacturing engineering, quality, or supply chain at different U.S. plants, tackling projects to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost using lean principles, then move into a leadership role in year 3 at a third plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, ops, eng, business, or related field.
• GPA 3.0 or higher at graduation.
• Willing to rotate annually to new U.S. locations and be mobile for 3+ years.
• Must be a U.S. person for export-control reasons.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through manufacturing engineering, quality, or supply chain in years 1-2.
• Lead projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost using lean principles.
• Relocate to two U.S. plant locations during rotations.
• Move to leadership role in year 3 at a third plant.
• Relocation package extended for each rotation.
