Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering (mechanical, industrial, manufacturing), business, or a related field.
GPA of 3.0 upon graduation.
Willing to rotate every year to a new U.S. location and be geographically mobile for a minimum of three years.
U.S. citizenship or approved immigration status due to export controls.

Responsibilities

Rotate annually across two U.S. locations in years one and two, then a third location in year three.
Lead projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost in manufacturing plants.
Develop leadership skills and build a professional network through the program.
Relocation assistance provided based on mileage and location.
