Job summary

Donaldson Company is launching a three-year Operations Development Program designed for new graduates pursuing careers in manufacturing operations management, engineering or supply chain. The role includes rotations across two U.S.

sites in years 1–2 and a leadership assignment at a third site in year 3, with relocation support for each move. The program emphasizes hands-on manufacturing engineering, quality and supply chain projects to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost, while applying

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering (mechanical, industrial, manufacturing), business, or a related field.
3.0 GPA upon graduation.
Must be willing to rotate every year to a new U.S. location and be geographically mobile for a minimum of three years.
Must be U.S. persons (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, etc.) as this position requires export control compliance.
Prior internship, co-op, or practical experience.
Demonstrated leadership experience.
Strong interest in working in a manufacturing facility.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

Rotate through two U.S. manufacturing or distribution locations in years one and two.
Lead projects to improve key plant metrics such as safety, quality, delivery and cost.
In year three, assume a leadership role supervising employees at a third U.S. plant location.
