Job summary

Donaldson Company is launching an Operations Development Program designed for recent graduates pursuing long-term careers in manufacturing operations management, engineering or supply chain. The three-year program rotates across two U.S.

plant locations in years 1 and 2 and a third site in year 3, with relocation support for each rotation. Participants tackle hands-on assignments to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost while applying lean principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering, business or related field.
• 3.0 GPA at graduation or higher.
• Willingness to rotate to multiple U.S. locations for at least three years.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3-year rotational leadership program across manufacturing, engineering, quality or supply chain.
• Move between U.S. locations each year and develop leadership skills for future roles.
