Qualifications

• Willingness to rotate every year to a new U.S. location and be geographically mobile for at least three years.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a three-year Operations Development Program with US plant rotations.
• Lead or support projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost using lean principles.
• Assume leadership responsibilities in later rotations at a third U.S. plant location.
