Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering (mechanical, industrial, manufacturing), business, or a related field.
• 3.0 GPA upon graduation.
• Must be willing to rotate every year to a new U.S. location and be geographically mobile for a minimum of three years.
• Must be U.S. persons (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, etc.) due to export controls.

Responsibilities

• Complete three-year rotation across U.S. locations in manufacturing/ distribution.
• Participate in lean initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Move into a leadership role in year three at a U.S. plant location.
