Job summary

Donaldson Company, Inc. invites graduates to join its three-year Operations Development Program, a US‑based rotational leadership track in manufacturing operations management, engineering or supply chain.

In years one and two, participants rotate to two different U.S. plants, tackling projects that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost using lean principles. Year three places you in a leadership role at a third site with relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering (mechanical, industrial, manufacturing), business, or a related field.
• 3.0 GPA upon graduation.
• Must be willing to rotate every year to a new U.S. location and be geographically mobile for a minimum of three years.
• Must be U.S. persons (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, etc.) due to export controls.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a three-year ODS rotation across manufacturing engineering, quality, or supply chain.
• Lead projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost using lean principles.
