Job summary

Donaldson Company, Inc. offers a three-year Operations Development Program for recent graduates, rotating across U.S. manufacturing sites to build expertise in manufacturing operations, engineering, and supply chain.

The role emphasizes lean principles, leadership development, and cross-functional collaboration within a growing, innovative culture. In years one and two, you’ll rotate through manufacturing engineering, quality, or supply chain, with a final leadership assignment in year three.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business or related field.
• GPA 3.0 upon graduation.
• Willing to rotate annually across U.S. locations and be mobile for 3 years.
• US person required (citizen, green card, asylee or refugee) for export controls.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three-year rotational leadership program across U.S. plants.
• Lead projects to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Rotate between two locations in years one and two, then a third location in year three.
• Relocation package available.
