Job summary

Donaldson is seeking an Operations Development Specialist for its three-year U.S. rotational leadership program. You will rotate through manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain, gaining hands-on experience in two plants during years 1–2 and leading at a third plant in year 3.

Relocation assistance is provided for each rotation. The program builds leadership and lean manufacturing skills, creating a strong network for future roles at Donaldson’s U.S. plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Willingness to rotate to a new U.S. location each year for three years.
• U.S. person status required due to export controls.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a three-year Operations Development Program rotating through manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain.
• Lead projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost while applying lean principles and building leadership skills.
