Donaldson offers the Operations Development Specialist role as part of a three-year Operations Development Program, designed for recent graduates pursuing careers in manufacturing operations management, engineering, or supply chain. The program features rotations across multiple U.S.

plants to develop leadership and lean manufacturing expertise. In years 1–2, you will work on assignments in manufacturing engineering, quality, or supply chain, driving improvements in safety, quality, delivery,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering (mechanical, industrial, manufacturing), business, or related field.
3.0 GPA upon graduation.
Must be willing to rotate every year to a new U.S. location and be geographically mobile for at least three years.
U.S. persons (citizen, green card holder, asylum, or refugee) required for export-controlled role.

Responsabilités

Participate in the three-year Operations Development Program with hands-on assignments in manufacturing engineering, quality, or supply chain.
Lead projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics using lean principles.
Rotate across two U.S. locations in years one and two, then lead at a third location in year three.
