Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering, business, or related field.
• GPA 3.0 or higher at graduation.
• Willingness to rotate annually across U.S. locations and be mobile for at least three years.
• U.S. persons eligible to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a three-year rotational leadership program across manufacturing operations.
• Rotate through manufacturing engineering, quality, or supply chain during years 1–2.
• Advance key plant metrics by applying lean principles to safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Relocation assistance is provided for each rotation.
