Donaldson invites graduates to join the Operations Development Program, a three-year rotational path designed to build leadership in manufacturing operations management, engineering, or supply chain. Participants rotate through two U.S. plants in years one and two, then step into a leadership role at a third plant in year three.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• GPA 3.0 or higher upon graduation.
• Willing to rotate annually to a new U.S. location and be geographically mobile for at least three years.
• U.S. persons as this position involves export-controlled information.

Responsabilités

• Participate in Donaldson's three-year Operations Development Program across manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain.
• Lead projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost while applying lean principles.
• Rotate between U.S. locations in years 1–2 and assume leadership in year 3 at a third site.
