Job summary

Donaldson invites graduates to join its three-year Operations Development Program, a U.S. rotational leadership track across manufacturing plants. In years one and two, you rotate through manufacturing engineering, quality, or supply chain, leading projects that improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.

In year three you lead at a third plant, with a clear path to leadership roles. Relocation assistance is provided for each rotation to support mobility across locations and build a strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering (mechanical, industrial, manufacturing), business, or a related field.
GPA of 3.0 or higher at graduation.
Willing to rotate every year to a new U.S. location and be geographically mobile for a minimum of three years.
Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, asylum status, or refugee) due to export controls.

Responsibilities

Participate in a three-year rotational program across U.S. manufacturing plants.
Lead projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost in assigned rotations.
Develop leadership and operations management foundations through hands-on assignments.
