Job summary

Donaldson Company invites recent graduates to join the Operations Development Program, a three-year rotational track across U.S. manufacturing sites.

Participants gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain, with leadership development woven throughout. During years one and two, you will rotate to different plants, driving improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost through lean principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering, business, or related field.
• GPA of 3.0 at graduation.
• Willing to rotate annually across U.S. locations and be mobile for at least three years.
• U.S. persons only due to export controls.
• Relocation assistance is available.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a three-year rotational leadership program across U.S. plants.
• Begin in manufacturing operations with rotations in engineering, quality, or supply chain.
• Lead projects to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost using lean principles.
• Collaborate with teams and relocate between sites as required.
