Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering (mechanical, industrial, manufacturing), business, or a related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher at graduation.
• Willing to rotate every year to a new U.S. location and be geographically mobile for at least three years.
• U.S. citizen or eligible for U.S. work authorization due to export controls.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a three-year U.S. rotational leadership program across manufacturing engineering, quality, or supply chain.
• Lead projects to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost using lean manufacturing principles.
• Relocation packages are provided for each rotation.
