Job summary

Donaldson Company is seeking a recent graduate for the Operations Development Specialist role, the centerpiece of our three-year Operations Development Program. You will rotate across two U.S.

manufacturing locations in years 1–2 and a third site in year 3, gaining hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain. You will lead projects aimed at improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost while building a strong professional network and preparing for leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering, business, or related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher at graduation.
• Willing to rotate annually across U.S. locations and be geographically mobile for at least three years.
• Must be a U.S. person for export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Rotate yearly to new U.S. locations as part of a three-year program.
• Spearhead projects to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost in manufacturing.
• Gain experience through hands-on assignments in manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain.
• Develop leadership and operations expertise toward future leadership roles.
