Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering (mechanical, industrial, manufacturing), business, or a related field
• 3.0 GPA upon graduation
• Must be willing to rotate every year to a new U.S. location and be geographically mobile for a minimum of three years
• Must be U.S. persons (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, or similar status) due to export controls

Responsibilities

• Participate in Donaldson's three-year Operations Development Program with rotations across manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain
• Lead projects that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost while applying lean principles
• Rotate to two U.S. plant locations in years one and two, then assume a leadership role at a third site in year three
