Donaldson Company, Inc. is launching an Operations Development Program designed for recent graduates aiming for a long-term career in manufacturing operations, engineering, or supply chain. The three-year program features hands-on rotations across multiple U.S.

plant locations, building leadership and lean manufacturing skills. During years one and two, participants work in manufacturing engineering, quality, or supply chain, with relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business or related field.
• GPA 3.0 upon graduation.
• Willing to rotate every year to a new U.S. location and be mobile for at least three years.
• U.S. person status required due to export controls.
