Job summary

Donaldson Company is seeking a recent graduate for the Operations Development Specialist program, a three-year U.S. rotational leadership program in manufacturing operations management, engineering, or supply chain.

In years 1-2 you rotate among manufacturing engineering, quality, or supply chain at different U.S. plant locations; in year 3 you may lead a team at a third plant. Relocation assistance is available and graduates build a strong network for future leadership roles.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering, business or related field.
3.0 GPA upon graduation.
Willing to rotate every year to a new U.S. location and be geographically mobile for at least three years.
U.S. persons only due to export controls.

Responsibilities

Rotational program across manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain in multiple U.S. locations.
Lead projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost using lean principles.
Develop leadership skills through three-year program with progressively responsible roles.
