Job summary

Donaldson is seeking an Operations Development Specialist, a recent graduate, for its three-year Operations Development Program. You will rotate through manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain in different U.S. plants to build leadership and lean manufacturing expertise.

The program emphasizes hands-on assignments, leadership development, and a potential path to plant leadership. Relocation assistance is provided for each rotation to support moving between sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as specified in Minimum Qualifications.
• GPA of 3.0 upon graduation.
• Willing to rotate every year to a new U.S. location and be geographically mobile for at least three years.
• U.S. person or eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3-year rotational program across U.S. manufacturing or distribution plants.
• Lead projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost using lean principles.
• Move between plants each year and develop leadership skills in operations, engineering or supply chain.
