Job summary

Donaldson Company is seeking an Operations Development Specialist for its three-year rotational program designed for recent graduates pursuing careers in manufacturing operations management, engineering, or supply chain. During years one and two, participants rotate through hands-on assignments in manufacturing engineering, quality, or supply chain at multiple U.S.

locations, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering (mechanical, industrial, manufacturing), business, or a related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher at graduation.
• Willingness to rotate every year to a new U.S. location and be geographically mobile for at least three years.
• U.S. persons only due to export controls.

Responsibilities

• Engage in three-year rotations across U.S. manufacturing or distribution plants in engineering, quality, or supply chain.
• Lead projects to improve key plant metrics such as safety, quality, delivery, and cost using lean principles.
• Develop leadership skills in year three through supervision of employees in a chosen operations area.
