Job summary

Donaldson Company, Inc. offers an Operations Development Specialist program, a three-year U.S. rotational leadership track in manufacturing operations, engineering, or supply chain.

In years 1-2, you rotate through manufacturing engineering, quality, or supply chain roles, leading projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost using lean principles. Year 3 focuses on leadership at a different plant, with relocation support for each rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering, business, or related field.
• 3.0 GPA upon graduation.
• Must rotate annually to a new U.S. location and be geographically mobile for 3 years.
• Must be a U.S. person due to export controls.

Responsibilities

• Rotate annually to new U.S. locations across operations areas.
• Assist in projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Develop leadership and program skills through three-year rotation.
