Job summary

Donaldson Company invites recent graduates to join its three-year Operations Development Program, a rotational leadership track in manufacturing operations, engineering or supply chain. Over three years, you will rotate across two U.S. locations, tackling projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost while applying lean principles.

In year three you move into a leadership role at a third U.S. plant, with relocation assistance and a clear path to future leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering, business, or related field.
• GPA 3.0 or higher at graduation.
• Willing to rotate annually to a new U.S. location for at least three years.
• U.S. work authorization (citizen, green card holder, asylum seeker or refugee) required.

Responsibilities

• Dives into hands-on rotations in manufacturing engineering, quality, or supply chain.
• Lead projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost using lean principles.
• Relocation package is available for each rotation.
