Cooper Electric Supply, LLC in Central New Jersey offers a 12-month STEP program designed to educate, train, and develop early-career professionals. You will rotate through Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales tracks, gaining broad exposure to our operations and strategy.

Beginning June 2027, the program emphasizes hands-on learning, on-the-job training, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Self-starter attitude and enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month rotating program across multiple business functions.
• Gain hands-on experience in operations, sales, procurement, and e-commerce.
• Rotations include Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, Outside Sales/Specialty Track.
• Present to Executive Leadership on key strategic initiatives at program end.
