Viking Electric in Addison, IL is launching the Emerging Professional Program Associate (STEP), a 12-month rotational development track for recent graduates seeking hands-on experience across sales, operations, and business support functions.

You’ll rotate through Warehouse Operations, Industry and Business Services, Counter/Inside Sales, Project Sales and Marketing, culminating in a Strategic Capstone presented to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Interest in a career within sales, operations, marketing, or business leadership.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Warehouse Operations and Supply Chain.
• Experience HR, IT, and Finance in Industry and Services.
• Engage in Counter Sales and Inside Sales.
• Assist with Project Sales, Quotations, and Project Management.
• Develop Digital Marketing and Business Development skills.
• Complete a Strategic Capstone Project with Executive Leadership.
