Job summary

NorthEast Electrical is offering a 12-month Training for Emerging Professionals (STEP) program located in Brockton, MA. The program provides hands-on experience across Warehouse/Logistics and Outside Sales with on-the-job and e-learning training, including residency trips and executive exposure.

Participants will rotate through site and corporate operations, procurement, and project management while developing leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in business, engineering, or related field is required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Candidate should be enthusiastic, self-starting and highly organized.
• Strong communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• 12-month dynamic rotational program across Warehouse/Logistics and Outside Sales/Specialty Track.
• On-the-job training, e-learning, and residency trips.
• Exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, E-Commerce.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree
