Echo Electric, part of Sonepar, invites you to join the STEP program, a 12-month rotational development track designed for emerging professionals. You will rotate through key areas, gaining hands-on experience across operations, sales, procurement, and digital solutions.

Starting June 2027, the program emphasizes teamwork, travel to various locations, and exposure to executive leadership, with mentorship and dedicated training to accelerate your career in electrical distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Self-starter attitude
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Flexible and adaptable team player

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, Outside Sales/Specialty Track
• Participate in team-building activities and travel to company locations
• Gain hands-on experience across site and corporate operations, sales strategies, procurement, and project management
• Present key strategic initiatives to Executive Leadership at program end
